LEAD aims to empower women by providing them with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their personal and professional lives. Through a series of workshops, participants will develop leadership abilities, enhance professional skills, aspire to achieve their goals, and continually develop their talents.
Program Structure:
The program will be divided into four main modules, each focusing on a different aspect of skill-building:
Lead: Leadership and Management Skills
Excel: Professional Development
Aspire: Personal Growth and Vision
Develop: Practical Skills
Program Delivery:
Format: Each module consists of three workshops, each lasting 2-3 hours.
Duration: The entire program can be spread over 12 weeks, with one workshop per week.
Method: Workshops will be delivered through a mix of in-person sessions, online webinars, and interactive activities.
Facilitators: Experienced professionals and industry experts will be invited to conduct the workshops.
Additional Features:
Mentorship Program: Participants will be paired with mentors for guidance and support.
