Karnessa Willis is a proud Afro-Indigenous woman who has deep roots in the land. She is a mother, daughter, and sister, and is passionate about helping others. By making a difference in the lives of others, Karnessa feels a sense of her authentic self and purpose. With over 25 years of experience in customer service, she graduated with honors from a Community Service Worker Program in 2023, where she studied mental health, counseling, crisis management, and suicide prevention. Karnessa is dedicated to providing genuine support to those who have experienced loss due to significant changes in their lives. She hopes to encourage healing and help others find peace. Her compassion and ability to connect with people have allowed her to make a positive impact in her community. By empowering individuals to develop new life skills, Karnessa helps them fulfill their dreams. As a program manager/coordinator, Karnessa's professional integrity creates a safe space to help others unlock their potential and achieve personal growth. She is also interested in mental health education and advocacy and hopes to coach and mentor young adults. Through her initiatives, Karnessa ensures that the planning and development of the organization's mission are executed efficiently.
